Sieedah credits her father, Arthur L. Nelson Sr., and maternal grandmother, Della Johnson, for her sense of style. Sieedah’s father would dress her mother, herself, and eventually Sieedah’s niece and daughter by shopping for and sending their first special occasion dresses. Sieedah’s grandmother, Della, as she was so lovingly called, would design, and sew for herself as well as Sieedah and her mother: tailored flannel, boxed pleats, skirts, dresses, and grosgrain ribbon. She would make her own three-piece suits, including a skirt, jacket with silk-lined shell, and a matching pillbox hat.

Sieedah’s vision is to bring back majesty, and “Queendom,” if you will, to the women who wear Impeccable You; she is passionate about the design process. From browsing the various textures and colors of fabric to imagining the finished product, Sieedah’s desire is to infuse that passion into her collections, thereby empowering the women who wear Impeccable You. Sieedah does this by designing clothing that is modest, sophisticated, and stylish. One example being the Crown, which is an essential focus for Impeccable You.
